Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team on 6-month contract, with potential for extension. This role focuses on optimizing vendor spend, managing voice service projects, and supporting mobile device initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Expense Management:

  • Optimize vendor spend and track financial data.
  • Work with vendors to align billing and expenses with project timelines.

• Data Management:

  • Pull together and analyze data for reporting.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas for tracking and reporting project progress (training can be provided).

• Project Coordination:

  • Support team in leading mobile device projects.
  • Assist with voice service initiatives, including migrating existing lines onto the voice system.
  • Coordinate with Sheila to understand and follow established processes.

• Customer and Vendor Interaction:

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal business stakeholders and external telco vendors.
  • Coordinate project events and chase telco vendors to meet deadlines.

• Organization and Process Management:

  • Organize and manage multiple projects (20+ in flight).
  • Ensure project dates and milestones are met, maintaining alignment with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., formulas, functions, reporting). Training available for specific tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, including vendor coordination.
• Experience with SAP is a plus but not required (training provided).
• Familiarity with telecommunications and voice service processes is a bonus.
