Communications Coordinator

We are seeking a creative and organized Communications Coordinator to manage all community communications. This role is responsible for producing high-quality content for our monthly magazine, website, email newsletters, app alerts, and social media. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and editor with design and digital skills, capable of building community engagement through clear, consistent messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage content for print, web, email, and app notifications

• Develop and maintain an annual editorial calendar

• Attend and photograph community events; write event recaps

• Support HOA committees and leadership with internal and external messaging

• Update and manage the community website and assist residents with access

• Monitor communication analytics and suggest improvements

• Coordinate with vendors, staff, and committees

Qualifications:

• Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and website CMS (WordPress preferred)

• Familiarity with web content, email marketing, and social media platforms

• Organized, collaborative, and responsive to deadlines and feedback

• HOA experience is a plus
