Warehouse Admin Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Support daily warehouse operations.
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Schedule and dispatch shipments while communicating effectively with carriers, drivers, and warehouse personnel.
• Process purchase orders, bills of lading, packing slips, and other warehouse documentation.
• Support receiving and shipping operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and shipping issues.

Warehouse Admin Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse administration experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of inventory management experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of dispatch or transportation coordination experience required.
• OSS Software system experience

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
