Human Resources Coordinator
Job Summary:The Human Resource Coordinator supports the HR department with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, training coordination, and day-to-day HR operations. This role helps ensure smooth communication and compliance across hotel locations and the corporate office. Compensation: $20.00 Hourly Key Responsibilities: * Assist with recruiting and onboarding new employees * Maintain and update employee records in HR systems * Coordinate employee training and track completion * Manage multi-state unemployment claims, wage and employment verifications, garnishments, and child support orders * Conduct background screenings for all hotel and corporate hires * Process new hire onboarding in InnFlow Requirements: * Previous experience in HR or office administration preferred * Strong organizational and communication skills * Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices * Proficiency with Google Drive and HR software
