Fire Sprinkler Construction Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Fire Sprinkler Project Supervisor to oversee and manage fire sprinkler installation projects. This role requires strong leadership, field knowledge, and the ability to manage project timelines, financials, and personnel. Key Responsibilities: Oversee fire sprinkler system installation projects from start to finish Order and track materials and equipment for each project Manage project budgets and financials Train, coach, and mentor field personnel Set productivity and performance expectations Interface professionally with customers Identify out-of-scope work and coordinate change orders Ensure timely field documentation and close-out processes Maintain installer schedules and track hours Provide regular project status updates Conduct job site safety audits and enforce all company safety protocols Conduct toolbox talks and ensure a safe working environment Interview and evaluate field staff Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum 5 years of field experience in fire sprinkler system installation Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience Strong understanding of fire protection installation and NFPA 13 compliance Proficient in reading blueprints High school diploma or equivalent required NICET II or III certification preferred Knowledge of P&L reporting is a plus Basic Excel or project tracking experience Additional Information: Full-time position with opportunity for growth Competitive salary and benefits Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
