Staffmax Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our client’s team in Austin, Texas. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual who enjoys building relationships, generating leads, and closing sales in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and inquiries
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Generate and follow up on leads to drive sales opportunities
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
• Goal-oriented with strong negotiation skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
