Retail Sales Consultant (Optician)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Stanton Optical Waxahachie , an optical store dedicated to providing high-quality eyewear and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers find the perfect eyewear solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide personalized recommendations for eyewear, lenses, and accessories.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including frames, lenses, and optical technology, to educate customers effectively.
- Sales Techniques: Utilize effective sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals while fostering a positive shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, restocking products, and organizing displays to ensure an appealing shopping environment.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to create a cohesive and supportive store environment.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining visual standards and merchandising displays to highlight promotions and new arrivals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in retail or sales is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of optical products and terminology is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: From $36,000.00 per year
