Store Manager
As a Store Manager, you will empower your team to achieve outstanding operational results while delivering outstanding customer service.
Reporting to the Operations Manager and working on-site 100% of the time in our Texarkana, TX store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and profit plan by controlling expenses, working capital, inventory, shrinkage, and growing net contribution.
- Focus on customer service by ensuring that high service standards are maintained.
- Resolve customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of associate engagement through leadership by training, mentoring, motivating, and resolving associate issues.
- Maintain understanding of the local market, operations-based selling, and customer base.
- Ensure that the appearance of the store's exterior and interior, including merchandising displays, is maintained to the required standards.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent certification with 1+ years management level experience required; knowledge of application and use of paint and sundries is preferred.
- Experience with computers and Internet applications required.
- Must work flexible shifts and hours, minimum 45 hours required per week; must have a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds infrequently and 40-60 pounds routinely.
- Must consent to a background investigation, drug test, and motor vehicle record check.
