Support Specialist

:

Secure Title Administration (STA) is a division of Reynolds and Reynolds that helps lenders manage and track the title throughout the term of the lease or loan. As a Support Specialist you will be responsible for reviewing electronic title information. The Support Specialist interacts with both internal and external customers to maintain the reputation of delivering a high level of customer service and support. In this role, you would be responsible for seeking trends with any reoccurring issues, keeping the title information up to code with state law and regulations. We are seeking someone who enjoys problem solving, critical thinking, and working with others on a daily basis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to think critically, analytically, and problem solve
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
