Outperformer - Global Management Development Program (Finance Track)

This program is designed to prepare you for a rewarding international leadership career. In this fast-tracked, 2-year program, you'll be placed at the heart of our customer-focused business model, giving you full responsibility from day one.
Throughout the program you'll work with global colleagues, interact with senior management, and have a dedicated mentor. You'll attend global summits, take on key rotations and handle high-profile projects. This program is more than just work, it's a transformative journey filled with learning, growth, and invaluable experiences that will shape your perspective as a budding professional.What You'll do
Our Hilti Outperformer - Finance Track is a 24-month graduate program where you are involved in a range of rotations at local and international level. We offer 2 different Finance Track options, each with their own exposure to our customer-focused business model as well as immersing you in the fundamentals of Hilti Finance, alongside strategic project assignments.
Finance Track – Option 1- 12 months as an Account Manager in your home country
- 3 months in a Finance project in your home country
- 6 months in a Controlling & Reporting rotation in your regional hub location
- 3 months in a Finance project in another country
- 3-6 months in an Accounting & Shared Services rotation in your home country/region
- 6-9 months in a Controlling & Reporting rotation in your home country/region
- 3 months in a Credit & Collection rotation in your home country/region
- 3 months in a Finance project in your home country/region
- 6 months in a defined project in another country
What You’ll Bring
- You are a recent master's graduate (or will soon complete your masters)
- You have no more than 3 years of working experience
- You are fluent in English and at least 1 other language
- You’re globally mobile. A global thinker who is keen for diverse cultural experiences and who can commit to working abroad
- You enjoy learning and are mature, assertive, curious and dedicated
- You are a flexible team player, with good communication, social skills, and enthusiasm to inspire others.

- Hilti Summit - 4 - 5 days at our headquarters in Schaan (Liechtenstein) for a global view of our business
- CSR Summit - 7 - 8 days in a house building project to improve life conditions of those in need
- Leadership Course & Summit – a course at a renowned European business school, as well as a 5-day on-site summit
