Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MES implementation, from planning through deployment.
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts including charters, integrated schedules, risk/communication/stakeholder plans.
• Ensure adherence to governance processes, change control, and project gates.
• Monitor performance, manage risks/issues, and adjust strategies to ensure delivery.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to maintain alignment and satisfaction.
• Deliver regular project updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor team members in project management best practices.

Experience Required

• 7–10 years of senior project management experience using the PMI framework.
• Proven success managing cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience in medical devices or other GxP-regulated industries preferred.
• Strong background in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and/or Sterilization projects.
• Skilled in managing projects using the traditional/Waterfall SDLC approach.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint.
• Comfortable handling complex, integrated project schedules and financials.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Eligibilities & qualifications

Must-Haves:

• PMP or other PMI certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with MES in medical device or regulated industry (GxP).
