Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, driven Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing clinic.

• Part-time start (3 days/week) with strong potential for full-time within a couple months.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations (history, assessment, treatment eligibility).
• Administer hormone replacement therapies (TRT), including injections, and monitor patient progress.
• Perform routine follow-ups and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients on treatment options, lifestyle, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with supervising physician on treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with clinic policies/regulations.
• Work as part of a tight-knit clinical + admin team to ensure great patient experience.
• Stay current on men’s health and hormone therapy advances.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in Texas.
• Strong communication + patient education skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Compassionate and patient-first mindset.

Preferred (not required):

• Experience in TRT, HRT, or men’s health.
• DEA Registration
• Background in internal medicine or urology.
• New graduates encouraged to apply – training provided!

Schedule

• Clinic currently operates 4 days/week, Monday through Thursday.
• This position will initially be 3 days/week with growth to full-time.
• Start date: December 2025 (earlier start possible for training/onboarding).
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation

• Range: $55 - $85 per hour.
• Performance Incentives: Earn up to $85+/hour based on:
• Clinic revenue
• Patient volume
• Treatment plan completion
• Patient satisfaction scores
• Uncapped bonus potential.

Relocation Requirement

• Candidates must relocate to Midland, TX before starting.
