Overview:
The Office Manager supports the daily operations of a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm. This role ensures organizational efficiency, promotes collaboration across departments, and upholds high standards of service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations to support firm goals and enhance service delivery.
  • Manage staff and broker onboarding, contracts, and compliance documentation.
  • Supervise staff performance, scheduling, and adherence to company policies.
  • Partner with brokers to monitor productivity and implement strategies for growth.
  • Serve as liaison between departments, ensuring effective communication and workflow.
  • Coordinate license renewals and maintain compliance with TREC and other regulatory bodies.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews for staff and brokers.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry standards, practices, and emerging trends.
  • Support leadership with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office or operations management within commercial real estate.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate compliance and licensing requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with professionalism.
