Snelling Staffing is hiring Assembly Associates for a growing manufacturing company. This entry-level assembly job pays $15 per hour and offers full-time hours, weekly pay, and hands-on training.
Job Summary
The Assembly Associate helps build and assemble products such as windows, doors, and other components. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, learning new skills, and being part of a fast-moving production team.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble and fasten parts using hand tools and basic equipment
Place components in correct positions
Measure and cut materials when needed
Inspect and remove defective products
Operate machines for fitting and fastening
Rotate between workstations during production
Maintain a clean, safe workspace
Follow all safety and PPE guidelines
Requirements
Ability to read simple instructions and use a tape measure
Basic math skills
Ability to follow verbal and written directions
Must be reliable and willing to work overtime when needed
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
Frequent lifting of 25–50 lbs , occasional lifting up to 100 lbs
Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment
Exposure to machinery, airborne particles, heat, cold, and outdoor elements
Must wear required PPE (earplugs, eye protection, etc.)
