Job Description:

Addison Group is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to join our client’s team. This contract-to-hire role combines collections and revenue integrity responsibilities, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to present findings to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and audit account adjustments, ensuring compliance with approval thresholds
• Manage AR cleanup and collections for outpatient claims
• Analyze fee schedules and insurance contracts
• Track high-dollar adjustments (over $10K) and categorize trends in spreadsheets
• Prepare monthly reports and present findings to leadership
• Support major projects by analyzing flagged trends and pulling detailed reports
• Collaborate with managers to provide feedback and optimize processes

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of in and outpatient collections experience
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes, fee schedules, and insurance contracts
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and presentations
• Ability to work quickly, multi-task, and meet deadlines
• Stable work history preferred
