Location: Fort Worth, TX 76137 | Onsite

Compensation & Schedule

• $18.00–$19.00/hr (based on experience)
• 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM (start times may include 7am, 8am, 9am, or 1pm)
• Temp-to-Perm
• Must be available to work up to 2 Saturdays per month

• $600 Sign-On Bonus

Job Details:

• Contact customers regarding early-stage and delinquent auto loan accounts
• Negotiate payment arrangements and identify alternative solutions to resolve balances
• Manage high-volume outbound calls while handling inbound inquiries as needed
• Provide professional communication via phone, email, and chat
• Perform skip tracing (locating customers through research tools) to re-establish contact
• Document all account activity accurately to meet compliance and performance standards
• Complete timely follow-ups to support resolution goals

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of recent customer service experience (collections or accounts receivable preferred)
• Bilingual English/Spanish required

Equipment & Work Environment

• High-volume call center environment with performance metrics
• Extended periods of sitting and phone use
• Computer-based documentation and account management systems
• Structured schedule with weekend rotation as needed
