Case Review Specialist

Location: 100% Remote within PST or MST timezone (Equipment Provided)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm PST (Overtime potential)

Project Duration: March 30, 2026 – June 30, 2026 (High potential to extend)

This role focuses on reviewing applications, evaluating eligibility, and maintaining consistent communication with applicants to ensure timely and compliant delivery of program benefits. This is a mission‑driven opportunity supporting individuals during a critical recovery period.

Key Responsibilities

• Review applications and conduct eligibility evaluations in accordance with program guidelines and production expectations
• Communicate professionally and consistently with applicants regarding application status and next steps
• Collect, review, and upload required documentation into the system of record
• Accurately document all applicant interactions and case activity
• Develop a strong understanding of program requirements, eligibility criteria, and end‑to‑end processes
• Clearly explain program requirements and timelines to applicants
• Work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with team members as needed

Qualifications

• Prior experience in case management, application processing, eligibility review, or administrative support preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple cases while meeting compliance and productivity expectations
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of El Paso, TX.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
