• Location: In person, College Station, TX
• Job Type: Full Time
• Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour What Your Day Looks Like You’re a key part of the leasing experience — often the first and most consistent point of contact for prospective and current tenants.
• Manage incoming leasing leads across multiple platforms
• Schedule and coordinate property showings
• Maintain accurate records and communication within the CRM
• Respond promptly and professionally to calls, messages, and online inquiries
• Support new tenants from application through move in
• Keep property listings accurate, current, and appealing
• Provide friendly, solution focused support to tenants and teammates Are You the Right Fit? You’ll thrive at Tenant First if you bring:
• High school diploma or GED (degree preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in leasing, property management, or customer service
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and CRM/property management software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A positive, proactive, and professional attitude
