Snelling Staffing has immediate openings for Full-Time Industrial Workers – $16.00/hr (Paid Weekly!) to support a contractor in the paint shop area at a major automotive manufacturing facility in South San Antonio. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with great benefits and no rotating shifts . Ideal for mechanically inclined individuals looking to grow into commercial maintenance roles!

PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS:

• 3rd Shift: Monday – Friday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
  • Training Required on 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Starting at $16.00/hr
• South San Antonio area
• Weekly Pay via pay card or Direct Deposit

• No rotating shifts
• Short conversion term from contract to offer of employment

OVERNIGHT INDUSTRIAL LABORER DUTIES:

• Assist Facilities Maintenance Mechanics with daily operations
• Monitor equipment fluids and sludge levels to maintain system performance
• Walk frequently in hot, humid conditions (non-production, non-assembly)
• Maintain cleanliness of area and equipment (sweeping, mopping, trash removal)
• Document tasks completed and follow safety protocols
• Perform additional duties as assigned

OVERNIGHT INDUSTRIAL LABORER REQUIREMENTS:

• Submit to a drug screen & criminal background check
• Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
• Have reliable transportation (No public transportation options)
• Must pass drug screen and criminal background check
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Able to read/follow instructions and work independently
