Recruiting Coordinator

Our client, a growing and dynamic organization, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team in Austin, TX (78759). Position: Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Austin, TX – In Office
Pay Rate: $24-$26/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment lifecycle from job posting through candidate onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to create and refine job descriptions and clearly define role requirements
• Draft and post job advertisements across appropriate job boards and sourcing platforms
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Coordinate and conduct interviews using structured and effective screening methods
• Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit while ensuring timelines and service level agreements are met
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and provide reporting and analytics as needed
• Build strong relationships with candidates and serve as a primary point of contact throughout the hiring process
• Leverage recruiting best practices to continuously improve processes and candidate experience
• Assist with additional projects and initiatives aligned with company goals and values

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or recruiting coordination
• Experience conducting various types of interviews and managing selection processes
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases (BambooHR, ATS, CMS preferred)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within established processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Sound judgment and decision-making abilities
