Blow Molding Operations Technologist

Our Carrollton, TX 75006 team is looking for a hands-on technologist to stabilize, improve, and document blow molding operations. If you thrive on solving problems at the machine and process level, you’ll fit right in.
You'll Tackle
- Real-time monitoring and control of production processes to protect quality and throughput.
- Routine inspections and preventative maintenance to avoid unplanned downtime.
- Cross-functional troubleshooting with engineering and production to resolve issues fast.
- Accurate documentation of metrics, trends, and unusual events.
- Execution of process improvements and adoption of best practices.
- Strict adherence to safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Training and mentoring of new operators and technicians.
What It Takes
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree/certification preferred.
- Experience as a Process Technician or closely related manufacturing role.
- Strong grasp of manufacturing equipment and process fundamentals in blow molding.
- Keen eye for detail; proven problem-solver.
- Team-first communicator with solid written and verbal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
