Paralegal, Corporate and Governance Support
- Coordinate document signatures, execution logistics, and archival management for corporate and transaction-related documents.
- Maintain organized filing systems for corporate records, governance materials, and transaction documentation.
- Prepare and manage Board of Directors and Board committee meeting materials, including agendas and minutes.
- Assist with due diligence organization and document tracking for capital markets and project financing transactions.
- Support transaction closing logistics, including document coordination, signature tracking, and post-closing filings.
- Maintain clear communication and information flow across the legal team on governance and corporate matters.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong document management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment supporting multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive and dependable with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A strong communicator who keeps processes and information organized across teams.
- Collaborative and comfortable supporting senior legal leadership.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a paralegal in a top-tier law firm or corporate legal department.
- Experience supporting corporate governance activities and board or committee processes preferred.
- Strong experience managing legal documentation, filing systems, and archival records.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to learn and manage legal document management and governance platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
