DESCRIPTION AWS Professional Services is transforming customer value delivery. As Consultant, Agentic Delivery Acceleration, you'll pioneer next-generation professional services by reimagining global processes through AI and automation.


In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming how we deliver agentic solutions at scale — leveraging data to uncover insights, drive continuous improvement, and accelerate outcomes across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities, diagnose root causes, and implement sustainable improvements that raise the bar on delivery excellence.

Key job responsibilities

• Single threaded owner of one phase of the Global Delivery Framework
• Lead simplification, optimization, and automation efforts associated with your phase
• Support BAU activities while maintaining backlog of new/enhanced features and functionality
• Collaborate with the ProServe field and across the Agentic Delivery organization to incorporate feedback and share best practices

AWS Professional Services helps enterprise customers realize their desired business outcomes when using AWS. Our team provides expertise in cloud architecture, migration, application development, security, and operations to accelerate customers' cloud transformation journey. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of IT and/or Management Consulting experience
• Experience building measures and metrics, and developing reporting solutions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent
• Knowledge of BI analytics, reporting or visualization tools like Tableau, AWS QuickSight, Cognos or other third-party tools
• Experience working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
