• Tommy's Girl is opening a High-End Retail Store in Dallas, TX. We are seeking passionate, professional, customer-focused Beauty Associates to join our team.
• As a Tommy's Girl Beauty Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, showcasing our premium hair products, and ensuring the Ultimate Luxury Shopping Experience for our clients.

Responsibilities: Customer Service:

• MUST HAVE RETAIL SALES EXPERIENCE, preferably in a luxury or high-end retail environment
• Greet customers and assist them in finding the perfect hair extensions or wigs based on their needs and preferences.
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience by surpassing client expectations and demonstrating an excellent knowledge of our products, history, and heritage.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on hair types, colors, textures, and styling options.
• Demonstrate product usage and styling techniques to customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.

Product Knowledge and Store Maintenance:

• MUST HAVE RETAIL SALES EXPERIENCE, preferably in a luxury or high-end retail environment
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Tommy's Girl products, including their features, benefits, and care instructions.
• Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product levels.
• Uphold Tommy's Girl's brand standards and deliver a luxury experience to every customer.
• Maintain an active, accurate, and organized client book, regularly contacting clients and providing appropriate follow-up on sales or client requests.
• Share expertise on general Hair and Beauty trends and developments in the luxury market, demonstrating a passion for fashion and luxury hair products.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, fostering open and constructive communication to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
• Contribute to maintaining the visual display of products in accordance with Tommy's Girl visual standards.
• Maintain a neat and organized stockroom.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Sales and Promotion:

• MUST HAVE RETAIL SALES EXPERIENCE, preferably in a luxury or high-end retail environment
• Provide product knowledge and expert guidance to customers regarding Tommy's Girl Hair hair extensions, wigs, and hair products, highlighting store sales and promotions.
• Collaborate on the creation of engaging social media content, capturing both photos and videos.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about the latest product arrivals, having in-depth product knowledge, and showcasing current merchandise through personal styling.
• Enhance store sales goals by upselling and cross-selling.
• Achieve and meet sales objectives.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE RETAIL SALES EXPERIENCE, preferably in a luxury or high-end retail environment
• Feel at ease engaging in photo and/or video shoots for social media and various marketing initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for the beauty industry and an understanding of hair extensions and wigs.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming environment.
• Knowledge of different hair types, textures, and color options is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency with technology.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
