We are currently seeking Full-Time Remote Collection Specialists with a base pay of $15-18 per hour, plus monthly performance-based commission.

Position : We will provide you with the tools, knowledge, and training to become successful in your role. This position is responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls with consumers regarding their balance and working with them toward payment or resolution.

Preferred:
- One (1) year Customer Service and/or Call Center experience
- Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Negotiating skills
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Schedule: Varies Monday-Friday between 8am-8pm
- Proficient in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to actively listen and speak clearly
- Proficient with basic computer operations and software
- Strong active listening and effective communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Skilled in conflict resolution and problem-solving
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable internet connection suitable for remote work
Salary Description
$15-18/hr.
