Texan Mechanical AC & Heating is looking for a dependable, energetic Office Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly while delivering a 5-star customer experience.

This is a high-impact role —you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and a key player in keeping our technicians scheduled and supported throughout the day.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service
• Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments
• Dispatch and support technicians throughout the day
• Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email
• Process invoices and payments
• Generate maintenance reports
• Create estimates based on repair and replacement needs
• Maintain customer records in our system
• Assist with maintenance membership tracking and renewals
• Support marketing efforts (follow-ups, email campaigns, promotions)
• Help keep office operations organized and efficient
• Social Media content and responses

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of office, admin, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and email
• Ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy environment
• HVAC or home service experience is a PLUS
• Work well without supervision
