What You’ll Do:
- Apply fertilizers, weed control, and insect control products safely and effectively
- Diagnose common lawn issues like pests or soil conditions
- Drive a company vehicle to customer locations
- Communicate treatment plans and recommendations to customers
- Keep equipment clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Document services accurately for clients and state reporting
What You Bring:
- Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivation with the ability to work independently
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs, handle outdoor work, and climb ladders (up to second-story rooftops)
- Industry experience is a plus , but not required — we provide training and development
