The Junior Estimator will support the estimating team in planning, coordinating, and developing cost estimates for industrial construction projects, including civil, structural, and mechanical scopes. This entry-level position will involve the following responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of detailed cost estimates for industrial construction projects by gathering and analyzing labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs.

- Collaborate with Senior Estimators and Project Leaders to aid in the completion of execution plans, project schedules, and final proposals for multiple projects.

- Participate in client pre-bid meetings, taking detailed notes and asking pertinent questions to gather necessary information.

- Support the preparation of bid quantity take-offs and ensure accuracy in estimation.

- Help in performing job cost analysis by evaluating various cost factors related to the project scope.

- Contribute to the preparation of proposal packages and assist in contacting vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain supporting quotations as needed.

- Aid in the preparation of bid analysis for management review.

- Complete additional assignments as directed by supervisors and project management.

- Work on developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

**Job Requirements:**

- Position reports to the corporate office in Deer Park, TX.

- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in industrial construction or a related field is preferred.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel is essential; familiarity with Word, Outlook, Adobe, Power BI, and MS Project is a plus.

- Basic understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- A foundational understanding of industrial construction processes.

- A degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred, but not required.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
