Recruiter, G&A
Tesla Recruiters find and close top talent to power a sustainable and abundant future. This role partners closely with various G&A teams to identify, attract, assess, and close exceptional candidates. We are looking for passionate, innovative thinkers who can leverage new approaches to bring the very best candidates to Tesla. This role is onsite in either Palo Alto, CA or Austin, TX. What You'll Do Develop robust G&A pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needsUtilize multiple tools and approaches to identify and source top talentDevelop strong working relationships with sourcers, other recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managersMaintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changesFocus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity What You'll Bring 2+ years recruiting experienceAbility to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positionsAbility to navigate both high volume and high touch rolesAdvanced knowledge of relevant employment market trendsProficient knowledge of common G&A skill-setsStrong ability to track and manage data and workflow Benefits
