Responsibilities
Engage with job seekers and client companies to understand hiring needs, career goals, and workforce requirements.
Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries from candidates and employers, ensuring timely and helpful resolutions.
Support the presentation and coordination of recruitment solutions, job placements, and staffing strategies tailored to client needs.
Maintain accurate records for candidates, job orders, and client communications within our applicant tracking and CRM systems.
Collaborate closely with the recruitment and sales team to meet individual placement targets and overall company objectives.
Continuously develop knowledge of hiring trends, labor market insights, and best practices in staffing and talent acquisition.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, human resources, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
A genuine interest in helping people secure employment and supporting businesses with hiring needs.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is considered an advantage.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the staffing and recruitment industry.
A background in recruitment, HR support, or client-facing service roles is strongly preferred (certifications in HR or recruiting are a plus but not required).
