Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant

LOFI MOTORS is one of the largest BHPH dealers in South Texas. We are currently hiring a Front Desk Receptionist with a great smile and positive attitude.
You will also be responsible for other administrative duties, such as answering phones and emails, filing and scanning important documents, and scheduling and documenting calendar events for members of the office.
Our ideal candidate has previous administrative experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and excellent organization. You also need to be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.
Duties and Responsibilities
+ Greet guests as they arrive+ Answer phone calls and emails+ Scan and File documents and keep them well organized.+ Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running+ Review and assist customers with contracts and other customer service questions.+ Verify Insurance coverage, file insurance claims, and complete settlement process.+ Assistance with Inventory audits, tracking, completion of retail and wholesale transactions.
Requirements and Qualifications
+ High school diploma or GED certificate+ Administrative experience (Desired)+ Microsoft Office experience+ Strong communication skills: BILINGUAL (English/Spanish)+ Organizational abilities+ Data entry skills
We offer a starting salary of $12.00-$14.00 hourly (40-48Hrs weekly // Monday - Saturday)After a probationary period, we can offer a salary adjustment
