We are a private general dental office specializing in prosthodontics in Allen, Texas. Looking for a full-time treatment coordinator/office manager to join our team!
This candidate should be driven and team-oriented to oversee all administrative operations in our dental office. To excel in this role, you should be self-motivated, highly organized, a good communicator and have the talent to inspire teams. It is important that the prospective candidate understand how to manage staff and office duties.
Along with managing this individual will be working closely with the Doctor and Hygienists to treatment plan. Attention to personal appearance and presentation for face-to-face consultations with patients and their families. Ability to educate others while addressing their desires, concerns, or hesitations. Exemplary communication skills including effective listening skills to meet patient’s needs. Willingness to learn and execute new sales-coaching processes or programs. Commitment to ethical conduct and respect for privacy protocols.
