Marketing Manager Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $26.44 to $28.84 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Occasional weekend work may be required for events or shows
• Lead marketing strategy to drive growth and revenue
• Manage CRM, ensuring accurate data, reporting, and lead tracking
• Create and oversee lead generation campaigns across digital, print, and field channels
• Track and report on KPIs
• Plan and optimize digital marketing (SEO, social, paid ads, AI tools)
• Manage print marketing materials and strategy
• Coordinate canvassing programs for lead generation
• Plan and execute events (home shows, trade shows, community events)
• Oversee event logistics, vendors, staffing, and performance tracking
• Partner with sales and call center teams to improve lead flow and follow-up
• Manage marketing budget and allocate resources based on performance
• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Lead and support marketing staff, vendors, and contractors
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

Marketing Manager Qualifications:

• 5+ years of marketing experience (D2C, home improvement, manufacturing preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
• Experience with CRM, digital marketing, SEO, social media, and lead generation
• Strong analytical skills (KPIs, budgets, performance tracking)
• Leadership experience managing teams and vendors
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset
• Professional, reliable, and accountable
