Treasury Clerk
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for overseeing the company's budget and investments. Also manage and work to minimize financial risk for the company. A treasurer will supervise cash management and support proper expenditure to promote the growth of the business.
DUTIES
- Handle all incoming and outgoing banking transactions on behalf of the company
- Submit periodic reports detailing the company's present financial situation and forecasting the coming quarter
- Implement company policies regarding documentation and accounting of receipts and other financial information
- Prepare monthly and yearly budgets while continually monitoring expenditures
- Review statements and provide advice on issues pertaining to business finance
- Oversee and approve all financial plans or revisions to plans
- Meet with the finance and accounting departments and assist in developing financial strategies quarterly and yearly
- Make informed decisions on behalf of the company involving investments and stock
- Perform other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years in finance or budget planning.
Possess knowledge of accounting.
Solid understanding of budget planning and finance in different methodical approaches
QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient in MS: (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferredNumerical Detail10-Key CalculatorMultitaskingOrganizational SkillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenMathematical Computations with and without mechanical assistance
Education
High School Diploma preferred.
