We’re searching for a  Senior Customer Service Coordinator  to join our growing  Customer Service  team and play a key role in driving our vision forward.

What You’ll Do

As a  Senior Customer Service Coordinator , you will be at the heart of our customer operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and acting as a key liaison between our customers and internal teams. You’ll:

• Manage complex customer accounts, including order processing, returns (RMAs), and service requests.
• Serve as the primary contact for escalated customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Planning, Production, Purchasing, Shipping, Quality, Finance) to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain and update customer portals and records with accuracy.
• Support field service billing, quotes, and documentation.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to fulfill contractual obligations.
• Generate reports and contribute to forecasting based on customer trends.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience navigating customer portals and CRM tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

• Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems and customer-facing databases preferred.
