The Network Architect I is an early-career architecture role responsible for supporting the design, documentation, and implementation of enterprise network solutions under the direction of a Senior Network Architect. This role contributes to network modernization initiatives across on-premises, cloud, and edge environments, assisting with solution design, standards documentation, and technology evaluation while developing architectural expertise.
Architecture & Design Support
- Assist in developing network architecture designs across campus, data center, WAN, and cloud environments.
- Contribute to reference architectures, standards, and design documentation.
- Support architecture reviews led by senior architects.

Engineering & Project Support
- Collaborate with engineering teams during implementation and delivery phases.
- Assist with solution designs for network refresh, cloud connectivity, and NAC initiatives.
- Contribute to low-level designs under architectural guidance.

Security & Reliability
- Support secure and resilient network designs including segmentation and access control.
- Assist with Network Access Control solutions including Cisco ISE and Aruba ClearPass.
Â
Modern Networking & Development
- Participate in automation, cloud networking, and modernization initiatives
- Maintain awareness of emerging networking technologies.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
4-6 years of enterprise network engineering experience.
Strong understanding of routing, switching, and networking fundamentals.
- CCIE Required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Exposure to SD-WAN, cloud networking (Azure/AWS), and data center networking.
- Experience with Cisco enterprise platforms.
- Exposure to Cisco ISE or Aruba ClearPass.
