Position: Hematologist-Oncologist Physician

Location: Longview, TX

Opportunity

Join the esteemed CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic Hematology/Oncology Team, a pioneering force in delivering exceptional multidisciplinary cancer care. With deep roots in the community, we are proud to usher in a new era of cancer treatment for East Texas with the opening of our state‑of‑the‑art Cancer Treatment Center in Fall 2026. This cutting‑edge facility will feature approximately 32 infusion chairs overlooking a tranquil green park and healing garden, 18 exam rooms, and an on‑site lab for convenient blood draws. The center will also be equipped with a two LINAC’s to deliver external beam irradiation, a dedicated area to deliver theragnostic molecules, a 3.0 Tesla MRI, and PET Scanner.

Position Highlights

• Full Time Position
• 20% Hematology / 80% Oncology Anticipated
• Call: Shared
• This position will primarily operate out of CHRISTUS Good Shephard Hospital and the Cancer Treatment Center (once operational in 2026)
• Clinical Research opportunities available
• H-1B sponsorship available

• Two-Year Guarantee starting at $700,000
• Sign on Bonus up to $150,000

CHRISTUS Good Shepherd

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board‑eligible in Hematology/Oncology
• Must also possess an unrestricted Texas Medical License or be eligible to be licensed in the state of Texas
