Inside Sales Representative (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Grapevine, TX (Hybrid – Onsite Weekdays / Remote Weekends)
Schedule: Full-time, flexible shifts (late morning to evening + one weekend day)
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour + Uncapped Bonus Potential
Overview
We are hiring multiple Inside Sales Representatives to join a fast-paced, high-energy call center environment. In this role, you’ll engage with interested customers, qualify leads, set appointments, and drive sales conversations for in-home product demonstrations.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, working toward performance goals, and earning uncapped bonuses .
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify customer interest and schedule appointments
- Follow up on warm leads and convert them into booked demonstrations
- Use provided scripts while maintaining a natural, consultative conversation style
- Ask effective questions to determine customer needs and readiness
- Overcome objections and guide customers toward scheduling appointments
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless scheduling and follow-through
- Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently speak with customers
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in:
- Customer service, call center, sales, or collections
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows-based systems
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet performance metrics
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Skills
- Experience with:
- Inside sales or appointment setting
- Outbound calling or collections
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools

Compensation & Perks
- Uncapped monthly bonus potential (eligible from Day 1)

Schedule & Work Environment
- Weekday shifts: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- One weekend day required (remote eligible):
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Training: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (onsite)
- Hybrid setup (remote work available on weekends)
- Equipment provided (must have reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace)
