Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Openwork is hiring a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector for a manufacturing company in Denton, TX. We're looking for someone who understands the importance of accuracy, product quality, and following established manufacturing standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
• Identify defects and verify products meet specifications
• Perform visual inspections, dimensional measurements, and product testing
• Use calipers, gauges, measuring tapes, and other inspection tools
• Monitor production processes for quality concerns
• Document inspection results and report defects
• Maintain and calibrate measuring equipment
• Follow company quality procedures and applicable industry standards
• Work with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes

What We're Looking For

• Previous quality control, inspection, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience using calipers, gauges, measuring tapes, and other measuring tools
• Ability to read technical drawings and product specifications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
• Understanding of manufacturing quality standards and procedures
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working a consistent 2nd-shift schedule
• Must be available for overtime and weekend work based on company needs
