Agent in Training

Responsibilities
- Participate in the comprehensive training program to learn about insurance products and services.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Shadow experienced agents to gain insights into effective sales tactics and customer service practices.
- Provide support in processing insurance applications and policy renewals.
- Engage with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance the overall client experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and a desire to succeed.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
- Proficient in using technology and software for client management and communication.
- Willingness to obtain required insurance licensing and certifications.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.
