Job Summary: The Controller - Consultant will be responsible for leading the financial operations of the company, ensuring the achievement of financial goals and compliance with regulations and standards. This role will involve managing budgeting and forecasting processes, reviewing and preparing financial statements, providing financial analysis and insights, and optimizing inventory, cost, and asset management systems and processes.

Hybrid onsite/remote Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an accountant in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a senior role.
• 5 years of experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in Excel and other accounting software and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial planning.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports and provide analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee inventory, cost, and asset management systems and processes, and optimize them for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to the finance and accounting team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
