As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with their fashion needs, and ensuring our store remains organized and inviting. Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Greet and assist customers throughout their visit.
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
- Help process, tag, and stock new inventory efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor.
- Keep fitting rooms and work areas neat and tidy.
- Assist with merchandising and floor moves as needed.
- Support the team with daily store operations.
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Dependable and punctual with a commitment to teamwork.
- Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain productive in a busy environment.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Schedule
Full-time availability is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
