Job Opportunity – General Medicine Provider – Indiana
Start Date: Not specified
Location: Kokomo, Indiana (or within 50-mile radius)
Compensation: $600 per half-day (4 hours) / $1,200 per full-day (8+ hours), plus one-time $650 bonus upon completion of training and first exam
Schedule: PRN basis, 2 days per week needed; flexible half-day or full-day shifts

- Interview-based exams with physical assessments including range of motion and muscle strength testing
- No prescribing or ongoing treatment responsibilities
- Quick credentialing and onboarding process
- Must have own office space to see Veterans; office must meet accessibility and compliance standards
- Ongoing PRN opportunity with flexible scheduling options
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license
- AANP certification
- Background in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, or General Medicine
- Proficiency in METs testing and evaluating respiratory and cardiovascular conditions
- Must own a laptop (no Mac/Apple products)
- Willing to complete DMA certification training
- Must have own compliant office space within 50 miles of Kokomo
- Self-Query NPDB within 30 days of application
