Maintenance Mechanic
- Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment issues
- Respond to production maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns in a timely manner
- Repair or replace motors, bearings, belts, valves, pumps, sensors and related components
- Assist with machine setups, changeovers and equipment improvements
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical manuals
- Inspect and evaluate equipment performance to identify potential maintenance concerns
- Support equipment installations, modifications and commissioning projects
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders and parts inventory documentation
- Partner with production and operations teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency
- Follow all safety, quality and company policies and procedures
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, production or processing environment
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience
- Experience working with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical schematics, blueprints and technical documentation
- Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Basic computer skills and experience documenting maintenance activities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple assignments
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment
- Compensation: $28-$30 per hour
