General Labor / Truss Assembly Builders Needed

We're looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our Truss Assembly Team . If you enjoy working with your hands, learning new skills, and being part of a production team, this is a great opportunity!

Pay Rate

• $15.00/hour for General Labor candidates with no experience
• Experienced Truss Builders/Framers: experience with machinery, tools, pneumatic nail/plate presses, automated component saw. Starting at 6:00 AM for a working interview to evaluate skills and determine if a higher pay rate is warranted based on experience and performance

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Some Saturdays required based on production needs

️ Job Duties

• Assemble roof and floor trusses
• Read measurements and follow production instructions
• Use hand tools and work around saws and other manufacturing equipment
• Lift, carry, and move materials throughout the production process
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment

✅ Requirements

• Must bring a 24 oz. Framing Hammer
• Must bring a Tape Measure
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance are REQUIRED
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work physically throughout the shift

⚠️ Work Environment

• Non-climate-controlled facility
• Loud work environment due to saws and production equipment
• Safety-focused workplace

Dress Code & Workplace Policies

• No face tattoos
• No cell phone use on the production floor
• No headphones/earbuds
• No shirts displaying profanity or offensive language
