TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Big Spring, Texas, 79720!
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience required License: Must have active nursing license Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS Must-Have: - Previous charge experience - Travel experience required Description: Work a 36/48 hour alternating schedule. Must start on 6/15 but may accept a 6/8 start. Two years of prior travel experience is required. Must have experience managing ports and administering blood products. Responsibilities include managing cardiac and vasoactive drips (no titration). Ensure compliance with isolation precautions and personal protective equipment. Patients may include adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Daily census is around 8 patients with a patient ratio of 5. Interdisciplinary support includes various therapy and social services. Clinicians must be able to complete required lab items within 72 hours of accepting the offer.
