Test Engineer

Description: What You Will Be Doing

As a 2nd shift MTE, you will play a critical role in supporting all phases of Delivery Operations. The candidate will be expected to participate in all MTE activities across Delivery Operations to include AFF Operations, ATF Operations, Weight & Balance, Fuel Operations, Ground Ops, Flight Ops, and DD-250 Prep/Ferry Ops while operating in a dynamic environment with changing priorities based on aircraft status, pilot availability, and weather. This position will be on second shift, supporting Tuesday - Friday (4x10B). Ability to work weekends and secret security clearance required.

Basic Qualifications:
- F-35 Mission Systems experience.
- Experience working in a Flight Line environment.
- Experience with Test Equipment.
Desired Skills:
- STEM related Bachelor's degree.
- F-35 Flight Line experience.
- 5th Generation Fighter aircraft troubleshooting experience.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with technical support teams, build teams, and internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated ability to identify constraints and opportunities for internal and external customers, and the ability to mitigate or capture each respectively.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
