Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Lewisville, TX. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on warehouse work, accurate order processing, and being part of a steady, team-focused operation.

Key Responsibilities
- Print shipping labels and packing slips using an ERP system.
- Pull products from warehouse locations, label orders, prepare packing slips, and stage shipments accurately.
- Receive incoming inventory, verify contents, organize stock, and rotate items within the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts after training and certification.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Support general warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $23 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Job Type: Temp-to-hire.
- Work Location: On-site in Lewisville, TX.
- Forklift training and certification will be provided.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, or related experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to use ERP systems and print shipping documents.
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 100 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to complete forklift training and certification.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics.
- Forklift or pallet jack experience.
- Experience using ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with changing daily priorities.
