Job Overview:
The Lead Shipping Associate will oversee and manage shipping operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping and logistics, as well as a commitment to maintaining high standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee daily shipping operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Supervise and lead a team of shipping associates, providing guidance and support.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper documentation for all shipments.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline shipping processes and resolve any issues.
• Maintain compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
• Prepare reports and analyze shipping data to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in shipping software and inventory management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Pay Range: $20 - $30
