We are looking for a bilingual sales professional who wants more than just another job.
Go Avila Insurance Brokers is growing, and we are hiring an Inside Sales Agent to work from our Cedar Park office. This person will primarily sell final expense life insurance by phone, working with both our existing book of business and new leads generated through our marketing.
This is not a position where you are expected to figure everything out alone.
We provide the training, marketing, systems, leads, resources, and support. Your job is simple, but not easy: make the contacts, run the appointments, build trust, and close business.
The first-year earning potential is realistically $60,000+ for the right person, through a base salary plus commissions. No inflated recruiting numbers. No fake promises. Just a real opportunity for someone who is willing to work, learn, and produce.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Inside Sales Agent, you will spend most of your day speaking with clients and prospects by phone, helping families understand and purchase final expense life insurance.
You will be responsible for:
- Contacting current clients, warm prospects, and new leads
- Running phone-based sales appointments
- Explaining life insurance options clearly and professionally
- Following up consistently with interested prospects
- Closing final expense life insurance sales
- Managing your pipeline and daily activity
- Learning our systems, scripts, products, and sales process
- Supporting future growth into retirement, annuity, and advanced life insurance markets
This role starts with final expense sales, but it is designed for someone who can grow with us. The right candidate will have the opportunity to be developed into a bigger, more valuable role as our company continues to grow.
Who We’re Looking For
We are not looking for someone who just wants to clock in and clock out.
We are looking for someone who is coachable, hungry, professional, and willing to do the daily work required to build a real career in insurance sales.
The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Speaks both English and Spanish fluently
- Has strong phone communication skills
- Is comfortable making calls and asking for the sale
- Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Wants to earn based on performance
- Can follow a process and stay consistent
- Is professional, dependable, and organized
- Wants long-term growth, not just a short-term paycheck
- Enjoys helping families make important financial decisions
A Life & Health insurance license is preferred, but not required. If you are the right fit, we are willing to help train and develop you.
